Brave Castle LLC Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

  • All sales are considered final after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • We are committed to working with our customers on any fitment issues and ensuring that any manufacturing defects are addressed promptly.

2. Manufacturing Defects

  • If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the product and determine the appropriate course of action to resolve the issue.

3. Fitment Issues

  • We understand that proper fitment is crucial. If you encounter fitment issues, please reach out to us. We will work with you to correct the fit, including the replacement of components if necessary.

  • No new components will be sent until the customer returns the poor-fitting components.

  • The determination of the cost and responsibility for shipping of replacement parts will be made by Brave Castle LLC on a case-by-case basis.

4. Returns and Restocking Fees

  • All returns must be in new, unopened condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned within 30 days.

  • The 25% restocking fee includes the cost of shipping the item back to Brave Castle LLC.

  • Used, dirty, or damaged products will be inspected. These items will incur a 35% restocking fee or may be rejected entirely with no refund issued.

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be free of dirt, grime, grease, odor, animal hair, human excrement, tears, boogers, whining, whimpering, and absolutely no buyer's remorse.

6. Research Before Purchase

  • We encourage all customers to thoroughly research their purchases before completing a transaction. Ensure the product meets your needs and specifications.

7. Amazon Buy and Try Behavior

  • Any behavior resembling "buy and try" as seen on platforms like Amazon is not acceptable. Please consider all sales final unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant fitment issue.
