BC SLING
BC SLING
BETTER CLASSIC SLING
The BC SLING is a padded, quick adjust rifle sling made from the highest quality materials. No metal parts are used in its assembly to keep gear quiet and light. A large sliding specific tri-glide is used to make rapid adjustment without binding or excess drag. The pull tab is a flat tab shape that is bolstered by a full wrap around layer of rubberized material making it grippy in texture to facilitate a sure grip. The tab pull allows for a full hand grip and its large footprint creates an easy to find engagement index point. Adjustment is simple and loose when tension is lifted off the sling, but is locked when rifle weight is applied.
The BC SLING has a traditional pull rearward to loosen and forward to tighten like the standard sling throws that are commonly found in the rifle sling market. As the counter part to the flagship SLANG, the BC SLING stands out in its comfort, quality, simplicity and light weight.
Unlike the SLANG the BC SLING is not reversable in its adjustment direction.
The SLANG features a lightly padded shoulder strap that is roughly 1-5/8ā wide and is built with 500D Cordura that is backed by comfortable tweave material. The edges of the pad are rounded out by the tweave material making sure that the neck contact points remain comfortable. The padded area is plenty long to protect the neck and shoulder for ensured comfort.
Tri-glide adjustments are included on either end to mount to your QDās or paracord attachment points. Slings are shipped long and require cutting and modifying to create proper fit without leaving excess material.
Special addition patterns
Two special addition BC SLINGS in AOR1 and M81 feature the same ridged loop pull adjuster that is found on the SLANG. These special addition slings do not have the flat tab pull that is found on the other colors and patterns of the BC Sling. See photos of these two colors on this page. LIMETED NUMBERS
