Brave Castle Range Hangs are an opportunity for Brave Castle and its network of customers, friends, and followers to gather for facilitated training. This isn’t a class or formal instruction. Range Hangs are a chance for our community to come together for some range time and barbecue.
A series of competitive drills and courses of fire will be organized throughout the day. Participants will range dog for and with each other to keep things moving, creating a full day of practice and friendly competition.
The BC Range Hang will be hosted at JCSA in Grants Pass, Oregon, on March 9th, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Cost is $40.00 per person, with only 25 slots available. All sales are final.
This event is for experienced shooters, though safe and open-minded beginners are welcome if you have some firearms safety experience and can manage yourself on a range.
This is a day-long, facilitated experience. Water, sports drinks, and lunch will be provided. Bring what you need to stay comfortable and prepared for sun or rain.
Required equipment is what you should already have in your range box. Absolute must-haves include:
- An inside-the-waistband or belt-mounted holster you’re familiar with for any pistol you bring. All pistols must have a holster.
- A sling for your rifle.
- Zeroed optics.
- Eye protection.
- Ear protection.
- Solid, closed-toe footwear for movement. No sandals or nonsense.
- 250-500 pistol rounds.
- 150-250 rifle rounds.
Leave these at home—or get kicked out and banned:
- NO Bad attitudes, poor behavior, or shitty character will be swiftly removed from the property.No shitheads allowed.
- NO Haphazard tendencies regarding safety, whether to yourself or others.
- NO Alcohol or mind-altering substances before or during your time on the range.
- NO Pets.
-NO Children.
